The first franchise in Italy that allows you to become a Wedding Dog Sitter
Wedding Dog Sitter was already recognized in the industry as a pioneer in bringing dogs to weddings, but struggled to structure an effective system to consistently and scalably acquire new weddings.
At the same time, a new project was taking shape: transforming the business model into an entrepreneurial opportunity for other pet care professionals by launching the first Italian franchise to become certified Wedding Dog Sitters.
CHALLENGE:
